1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777ab," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 777ab platform and its operating entity, accessible at 777ab.lat.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 777ab platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on 777ab.
• "Platform" means the 777ab website, mobile interface, all games, the sportsbook, payment systems, and related services.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account under a 777ab promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in PKR, USDT, BTC, or any accepted currency that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied at 777ab in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.

2 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the 777ab platform, you must create an account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, email address or Pakistani mobile number, and any document submitted for KYC purposes — is accurate, truthful, and current at the time of submission and at all subsequent times.

777ab permits one account per person, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein, including Real Money Balances, pending verification of their origin.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 777ab will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify 777ab immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3 Age Restriction

777ab enforces this age restriction through KYC identity verification, which is mandatory at the time of first withdrawal. Supporting documents — a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo ID — may be requested at any stage during your account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. Real Money Balances on such accounts will be subject to review and may be returned to the payment source after investigation.

If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and have reason to believe the minor has accessed 777ab, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can take appropriate action, including account closure and any required refund of deposits made by the minor.

4 Deposits & Payments

777ab accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks) and Bitcoin (BTC). The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of each transaction.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account not belonging to the registered 777ab account holder — are strictly prohibited and may trigger an immediate account review and withdrawal suspension pending investigation.

777ab processes all deposits in good faith. If a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is initiated by a Player against a confirmed 777ab deposit, the full balance of the Player's account — including any winnings accumulated subsequent to the disputed deposit — may be withheld pending resolution of the dispute. Players who initiate unjustified chargebacks may have their accounts permanently closed.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 777ab require completed KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed KYC will be prompted to submit identity documents before a withdrawal is processed. The KYC review process typically takes up to 24 hours from the time complete documentation is received.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Where withdrawal to the original deposit method is not possible, 777ab support will contact the Player to agree on an alternative.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: typically processed same day for requests submitted before 20:00 PKT.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): 1–3 business days.
• USDT and BTC withdrawals: within 2 hours during business hours, subject to network confirmation times.

777ab reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for routine compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once approved and initiated by the 777ab finance team.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

777ab offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms stated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from Bonus Funds.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of the stated wagering requirement before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus carrying a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in total qualifying bets before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

777ab reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's account will not be retroactively altered unless they were credited in error or obtained through breach of these Terms.

7 Gameplay Rules

Each game on the 777ab platform — whether an RNG slot, live dealer table, sportsbook market, or esports event — is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These Terms apply in addition to, not in substitution of, individual game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other error that causes a game round to be interrupted or rendered inconclusive, 777ab will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game outcome cannot be determined, the relevant wager may be voided and returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. 777ab's decision on disputed game outcomes is final once the technical review process is complete.

Live betting markets on the sportsbook — including PSL, international cricket, UFC, and other events — may be suspended or have results voided where the event is abandoned, postponed for more than 48 hours, or where the result is determined under circumstances materially different from those anticipated at the time the market was published. 777ab's trading team reserves the right to void markets in these circumstances.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ab platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one 777ab account under any identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any such vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other Players in any multiplayer or live dealer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financially illicit purpose.
• Depositing funds obtained from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegal sources.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN or proxy with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777ab staff or other Players in any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

777ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected; KYC verification cannot be completed; a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or responsible gaming concerns are raised in relation to the Player's activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to gameplay and withdrawal functionality will be restricted. 777ab will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution, where it is legally permitted to do so, via the registered email address on the account.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard timeline. Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

777ab is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts after a set number of minutes in any game session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily lock your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days, maximum indefinite). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window under any circumstances.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net outcome.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ab platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the 777ab brand identity — is the intellectual property of 777ab or its licensed content providers. No content from the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used commercially without the prior written consent of 777ab.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777ab platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or redistribution of any platform element.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ab and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

777ab's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

777ab collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the 777ab platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction history, gameplay activity, and device/browser metadata. This data is used solely for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improvement of platform services. 777ab does not sell personal data to third parties.

14 Amendments to These Terms

777ab reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their 777ab account no fewer than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where feasible.

Your continued use of the 777ab platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued access to the platform after that date constitutes unconditional acceptance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ab is licensed to operate under international gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the 777ab platform shall first be submitted to 777ab's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days of formal submission, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent those rights cannot be excluded by contract.
